· Achieve / exceed given annual sales targets assigned by the Management with a proven track record in Sales & Marketing experience.

· Coordinate & support external agents in sales activities; liaise effectively with end-financing, panel of solicitors’ agencies, and/or enforcement departments.

· Develop attractive / competitive sales packages & pricing strategies to attract customer attention and promote business growth.

· Build the Company’s Brand Name and enhance its market position through digital marketing, public relations, launches, campaigns, roadshows, business events, and forums.

· Stay updated on market trends, conduct marketing surveys/research, develop positioning strategies, and create marketing awareness for new projects to generate leads.

· Monitor post-sales administration to ensure SPA completion & successful sales transactions, loan applications, and drawdowns.

· Prepare sales updates & reports for management and monitor marketing strategies.

· Undertake other duties, assignments, and activities as assigned by management.

· Liaise with authorities regarding permit applications.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in property development.
• Possess own transport.
• Independent, self-motivated, with integrity, creativity, leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Able to accept new tasks, handle stress, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on weekends when needed.
• Willing to work in Bukit Jalil.
