Job summary

Job description

Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, and delivery instructions accurately and in a timely manner.

Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of glass products.

Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales documentation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales service

Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

Answer queries and communications through WhatsApp phone or email.

To coordinate between colleagues and clients to ensure smooth work coordination.

Finance Department:

Inputting financial transactions into accounting software, maintaining financial records, and updating spreadsheets.

Managing and processing invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payments

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Assisting with the preparation and coordination of audits and financial assessments.

Providing administrative and clerical support to the finance team.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least at SPM /Diploma level in any field.

Required language(s): Mandarin (is an advantage), English and Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Able to commence work immediately (Location is at Pekan Nenas, Pontian Johor)
