In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts to drive business growth.

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely responses
• Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
• Providing a high level of customer service to build strong, lasting relationships
• Supporting the sales team by identifying potential new business opportunities
