JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Formulate strategies to identify business potential and develop new markets in Malaysia.
2. Own sales goals and objectives for key accounts.
3. Achieve annual sales targets and ensure results align with the company's business plan.
4. Prepare technical documents and specifications based on customer requirements.
5. Provide technical and application support to customers.
6. Interface between customers and internal departments.
7. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of sales and application experience in semiconductor test interconnect or related industry.
• Good working relationships with semiconductor and/or test & packaging companies (OSATs).
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Highly independent, resourceful, aggressive, and results-oriented.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• This position is based in the Central Region of Peninsular Malaysia, with reporting to the office in Penang.
