Position: Sales Advisor - Used & Recon Car

Industry: Automotive Sales

Employment Type: Full Time (6 Days)

Salary: Basic (RM1,500) + Commission (RM4,000-6,000) + Target Bonus (RM2,000-RM10,000)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries professionally.
  2. Provide detailed information on available vehicles and financing options.
  3. Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals confidently.
  5. Ensure smooth handover and after-sales service.
  6. Stay updated on the latest car models and industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Strong interest in automotive sales.
  2. Good communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Sales experience is an advantage (training provided for fresh graduates).
  4. Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  5. Must possess own transport and valid driving license.
  6. Malaysian only & prefer Mandarin & English speakers.
