About the role

We are seeking talented Sales Advisor/Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative New Energy Vehicle products (Electric Vehicle).

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations on our electric vehicle models.
2. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers, highlighting the advanced technology and environmental advantages.
3. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase and delivery.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our products, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to organise and participate in various sales events and product showcases.
6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
7. Provide feedback and insights to the sales management team to help improve sales strategies and customer experience.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain technical features.
4. Proficient in leveraging social media platforms.
5. Passion for sustainable mobility and a commitment to promoting the benefits of electric vehicles.
6. Proficiency in the local language (Bahasa Malaysia) and English is essential.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and verbal, is an added advantage. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
8. Possess a valid driving license.
