About the role

As a Sales Advisor at Proton Matang, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading automotive brand. This full-time position is based in Matang, Kuching Division, Sarawak, where you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their car buying journey.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right PROTON vehicle to meet their needs.
2. Demonstrating PROTON models and features to customers, highlighting the unique selling points.
3. Effectively handling customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
