Job description

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs and provide tailored EV solutions.
• Present, promote, and sell EV models and related products (e.g. charging solutions, warranties).
• Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and performance of EVs.
• Stay updated on EV technology, charging infrastructure, and industry trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist customers through the end-to-end sales process, including loan/lease applications and vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Attend product training, sales events, and marketing activities as required.
• Contribute to social media content by collaborating with the marketing team to share impactful customer stories or community engagement activities that reflect the brand’s values and increase visibility.
• Work under duty roster/shift and attend to showroom walk-in customers and manage showroom leads.
• Undertake any other tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
