Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor at Pastry World Malaysia located in Shah Alam. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer service, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role involves promoting and selling our bakery products and meeting sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop new businesses from existing and new customers (i.e., sharing solution / ideas to customers to grow their business).

To assist in the collection of account receivables and ensure payment of customers are up to date.

To provide quotation and attend customer issues / complaints.

To prepare presentation and product demos as and when needed.

Prepare daily and weekly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales activities, customer service, personnel performance, competitive activity and other relevant market survey information.

Provide administration support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or similar industry/position.

Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities.

Committed, mature, have pleasant disposition and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
