Job summary

GAC Motor by WTCA in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Advisor to match customers with their dream cars, delivering an outstanding buying experience and building lasting relationships.

You will sell GAC & AION ICE and EV vehicles to individuals and corporate clients, conduct product briefings, test drives, negotiate deals, and close sales.

The role includes meeting monthly targets and staying up to date with automotive trends; uncapped commissions offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum: STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U (any field).
• At least 1 year experience in automotive sales.
• Confident, target-driven, and passionate about cars.
• Strong people skills – you enjoy connecting & building trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell GAC & AION vehicles (ICE & EV) to individual & corporate clients.
• Build strong customer relationships with professional, high-quality service.
• Conduct product briefings & test drives to showcase our vehicles.
• Negotiate deals & close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet monthly sales targets & team KPIs.
• Complete paperwork & transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive & EV trends.
