Qualification :

Ability and desire to sell.

Possesses a driving license.

Possesses the skills to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirement (Admin Processing) :

Collecting customer documents: ID, proof of income, credit history, proof of address, etc.

Verifying documents: Ensuring everything is valid and current.

Filling loan applications: Accurately entering customer info into lender systems or forms.

Communicating with lenders: Submitting applications, following up, and addressing issues.

Explaining loan terms to customers: Basic knowledge of interest rates, terms, monthly payments.

Maintaining loan records: Physical and digital filing of loan approvals, denials, and disbursement papers.

Assisting other general administration works in the office.

Skills/Tools Needed:

Basic knowledge of finance/loan terms is a plus

Strong communication (written and verbal)

Microsoft Office/Excel/Google Sheets

Maintains consistent punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Able to follow company policies and procedures with a high level of responsibility

Time management & organizational skills

Can work in a team

Able to work well under pressure when meeting deadlinesortargets
