  • Diploma or SPM with relevant working experience in sales.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles; automotive or retail industry is preferred.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, etiquette, and customer service mindset.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Presentable appearance with confident, polite, and helpful personality.
  • Self-driven, sales-oriented, and attentive to details.
  • Passion for 4x4, vehicles, or lifestyle accessories is a plus.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and attend events when needed.
  • Provide exceptional and personalized service to walk-in customers and online inquiries, especially for high-value or premium customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations and solutions from our 4x4 and overland product range (e.g., suspension kits, canopies, rooftop tents, roller shutters, lighting).
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, product knowledge, and service excellence.
  • Handle sales inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other communication platforms.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure smooth coordination with installation and logistics teams.
  • Assist in maintaining showroom presentation to reflect a premium brand image.
  • Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, and events as a frontline brand representative.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
