About the Role

We are excited to launch Zeekr, a premium electric vehicle (EV) brand, as an authorised dealer under Carro group. As part of this new business team, you will play a key role in introducing Zeekr to the local market, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final handover. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-up team bringing innovation and performance to the EV landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Sales & Deliver Results

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from first contact to successful handover
  • Convert walk-ins, calls, and online leads into bookings through consultative selling
  • Use our internal CRM system (Captain) to manage your sales pipeline with precision and accountability
  • Collaborate with your Branch Manager to analyze performance and continuously improve conversion strategies

Create Memorable Customer Experiences

  • Welcome and engage every customer professionally, whether in-person or online
  • Guide them through the Zeekr journey — test drives, feature demos, paperwork, and delivery
  • Work closely with banks, internal insurance, and documentation teams to ensure a seamless process
  • Educate customers on the latest Zeekr technologies, model features, and personalization options

Master the Product & Market Landscape

  • Stay informed on Zeekr’s full model range, EV technologies, updates, and selling points
  • Keep up with competitor brands, pricing, and promotional trends
  • Communicate vehicle specs, features, and upgrade packages clearly and confidently

Represent the Brand with Pride

  • Comply with HQ guidelines when posting automotive-related content on social media
  • Support weekend showroom traffic and engagement activities
  • Represent Zeekr at local roadshows and brand activation events

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales (automotive or high-value consumer goods preferred)
  • Strong interest in electric vehicles and the future of mobility
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and fast-paced environments
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays (with rotational off-days)
