Compile, organize, and maintain all data required for tracking, analysis, and reporting, ensuring timely and structured submissions.

Draft and prepare professional correspondence, including letters, memos, and other documents related to the Regional Sales Manager's duties.

Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for the Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and sales team, including sending timely reminders and updates regarding postponements or cancellations.

Verify and process payments in compliance with company policies and payment schedules.

Make sure all claims and matching tasks are done correctly and on time, following the set deadlines and rules.

Proactively identify and resolve issues, contributing to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency.

Manage all forms of communication, including phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt, professional responses and appropriate follow-ups.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 – 3 Years of experience in the related field.

Computer literate i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, software application.
