Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with our Sales teams to ensure seamless coordination of customer requirements.
  2. Liaise with project and logistics departments to meet customers’ expectations promptly.
  3. Provide excellent and timely responses to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  4. Receive and process customer inquiries, manage orders & deliveries, and generate Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders.
  5. Develop costing sheets and assist in pricing strategy.
  6. Schedule deliveries, resolve issues related to shortages, missed or late deliveries, warranty claims, and product returns.
  7. Monitor and organize inventory while generating insightful monthly inventory reports.
  8. Foster a harmonious and synergistic team environment, contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
  9. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management and report directly to the Sales General Manager.

What we're looking for

A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related position is preferred.

A mature individual with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.

Malaysian citizens or those holding relevant resident status are welcome to apply.
