We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Administrator to join Materialise. In this position, you will be part of an exceptional international team of professionals who love what they do and are dedicated to further developing our channel sales revenue.

  • Create and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring timely order fulfilment, responding to inbound inquiries, and conducting proactive outbound efforts
  • Collaborate closely with the (regional) sales teams to ensure a unified approach to sales strategies and leverage partnerships for maximum impact
  • Assist and support the sales teams in administrative tasks, supporting pre-sales and post-sales opportunities, and contributing to marketing and sales campaigns
  • Act as the point of contact for sales- and support-related inquiries
Your profile
  • Fresh graduate with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; any other language is an asset
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a hands-on, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Takes initiative and ownership, and drives for results
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Highly organized and analytical
