Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Admin at Secure Load Systems (M) Sdn Bhd located in Malacca, Malaysia. The Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and assisting in sales order processing & boots online sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in sales administration or customer service
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Minimum of a diploma (preferred)
