Job Responsibility

  • Calculate and prepare promoter commission on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and check promoter punch card into system (Worksy) on a monthly basis
  • Issue consignment ticketing following the monthly sales/consignment invoice
  • Update and alert sales regarding consignment inventory
  • Check stock take on every 4th of the month and update to sales team
  • Preparing monthly consignment sales reports
  • Maintain proper filing for consignment D/O & SO
  • Maintain proper filing consignment report invoice
  • Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in administrative duties.
  • Perform any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the HOD from time-to-time.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
