Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team (including Head of Sales, Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Managers) with documentation preparation.
  • Support in compiling, updating, and verifying sales data, reports, and trackers.
  • Handle customer and distributor correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional follow up on inquiries, orders, and documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments (finance, marketing, customer service & regulatory) to support smooth sales operations and resolve issues.
  • Manage and maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, pricing, and other sales related documents.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, customer events, product launches, and training sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including sales claim verification, travel claims processing, leave record management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Assist in booking meeting rooms, coordinating schedules for internal discussions, customer meetings, and sales activities.
  • Support recruitment coordination for the sales team, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and onboarding support.
  • Assist in coordinating sales events and other marketing or sales-related activities.
  • Support any ad hoc tasks, projects, or initiatives as assigned by the sales management team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or related roles pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and distributors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
