Overview

The QSC Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Sales Team in the Greater China Region. This role ensures the smooth operation of sales-related activities by coordinating logistics, managing the fulfillment house, and handling sales documents and orders.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales : Prepare quotation and check stock status; works with the BDM – Channel and HK Fulfillment house as well as channel partners
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the project pipeline and customer database in Salesforce for the GCR team
  • Perform all general clerical and administrative duties of the team as assigned or requested.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales report and assist in analyzing performance data

Qualifications

  • A diploma or higher is required
  • 1-2 Years of relevant Experience
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Native in Cantonese, conversational English and Mandarin
