As our Sales & Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

Coordinating property viewings and responding to client inquiries with professionalism and care.

Preparing quotations, maintaining up-to-date client records, and supporting sales documentation.

Organizing office filing systems and keeping our property database accurate and current.

Managing general administrative tasks – from answering calls and scheduling appointments to handling correspondence.
