Job summary

A technology-driven trading company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide operational support to sales teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business Administration or related fields, 2+ years of experience in sales administration, and proficiency in MS Excel, with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. The role offers a salary ranging from MYR 4,000 to MYR 5,000.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years sales administration or sales support experience.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
  • Prepare report on weekly & monthly basis to the sales and generate balance sheet for stock movement.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels for sales records.
  • Handle delivery and sales orders.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and timely.
  • Assist in payment collection from customers based on credit terms.
