Job summary
A leading technology company in Selangor is seeking an individual to oversee sales order processing and coordinate between branches. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be proficient in Excel. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, handling returns, and maintaining sales reports. Position is based in Glenmarie Shah Alam.

Responsibilities
- Oversee sales order processing from order to delivery.
- Coordinate between branches for sales order matters.
- Handle Good Return process with sales and warehouse.
- Manage daily and monthly sales reports and communicate progress.

Overview
- Oversee and responsible on the whole Sales Order Processing Module, from sales order until deliveries to customers.
- Main coordinator between all the branches Sales Admin and Salespersons, to handle all the sales orders related matters.
- Handling on Good Return process, to communicate with Sales person and Warehouse.
- Handling of Daily and Monthly Sales reporting, to communicate with Salespersons on the daily and monthly sales progress.
- Any other assignment as may be instructed by the Superior.
Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in any field
- To be highly organized and data driven.
- Strong proficiency in Excel. (must be at intermediate level or above).
- Location: Should be able to work in Glenmarie Shah Alam.
