Job summary:

    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain customer records and sales documentation

· Process sales orders, handle invoicing, and liaise with our finance team

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements

· Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns

· Support the implementation of sales strategies and process improvements

What we're looking for

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role

· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience in Semiconductor process, manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred

· A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
