Job description

Provide administrative support to the company, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order entry into the system.

Coordinate the flow of information between sales, marketing, and administration.

Assist in the preparation and submission of quotations and tender contracts.

Handle customer inquiries, ensuring issues are solved promptly and professionally.

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including order forms, invoices, and delivery schedules.

Create and edit short videos for the company website and social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Auto Count software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Age between 18 - 28 years old.
  • Experience in social media video content creation.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum entry SPM or diploma; Bachelor’s degree in business or sales is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales support or administration is a plus.
