A leading company in housing development is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to manage all aspects of sales from booking to handover. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in a related field, possess strong Excel skills, and be proficient in Mandarin, English, or Bahasa Melayu. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external parties to ensure compliance and efficient documentation handling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Job description

  • Manage the full spectrum of Housing Development Sales Administration from booking to handover.
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation with buyers, solicitors, and financial institutions.
  • Track and manage collections and progress billings in accordance with project milestones.
  • Liaise with bankers and solicitors to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loan facilities.
  • Coordinate with purchasers and internal teams for Vacant Possession (VP) and strata title issuance.
  • Handle all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with KPKT requirements and relevant housing development regulations.
  • Maintain and update accurate sales records, reports, and tracking sheets using advanced Excel skills.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales administrative process.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Management or any related discipline.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
