We are seeking a Sales Administration professional to support the smooth and efficient operation of our sales activities in the construction materials sales and rental business. This is a back-office role responsible for managing the full sales process—from quotation and contract management to delivery, return, and customer support—while serving as a key communication bridge between the sales team, project sites, and the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage quotations and contracts
  2. Coordinate project schedules, including design, production, delivery, and return
  3. Handle invoicing and payment collection
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
  5. Facilitate communication and data flow between sales, on-site teams, and the factory
  6. Compile monthly sales performance reports and supporting documents

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction materials or construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
