Job description

Sales Admin Executive (Property Developer)

Follow-up on loan documentation from purchasers, bankers, and lawyers.

Prepare and update loan approval status.

Prepare and issue progressive billings, reminders, and receipts.

Monitor credit control relating to progressive billing.

Ensure timely disbursement from purchasers or end-financiers.

Coordinate and liaise with purchasers, bankers, and solicitors.

Maintain proper filing system of purchasers’ records and documentation.

Ensure all sales data are updated in IFCA.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management (collection reports, sales reports).

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of IFCA is an advantage.
  • Familiar with workflow for SPA and loan documentation.
  • Meticulous, proactive, organized, and good at time management.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with Mandarin-speaking purchasers.
