Responsibilities

• Ensure timely issuance of progress billings and follow up on payments.
• Maintain filing and update records in IntSoft system.
• Coordinate with internal departments for handover to purchasers.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely issuance of progress billings and follow up on efficient collection of payments.
• Liaise closely with solicitors and bankers on administrative matters including end financing applications, redemption, sub-sale transactions, title transfer & charge, and related tasks.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems, update records in the IntSoft system, and prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor and update the sales team on the status of sales documentation to ensure timely collection of all due payments.
• Prepare Vacant Possession (VP) handover documents and coordinate with internal departments for key handover to purchasers.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
• Education : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required Skills : Proficient in MS Office and MS Word. Experience with Property Developer Software is an added advantage.
• Languages : Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Others : Must possess a valid driving license as the role may require occasional travel.

This pristine development is one of the biggest development projects undertaken by MZEC Development in partnership with NEKMAT and is the first step towards bigger and better projects in the future.
