Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the manager in identifying sales opportunities, developing, and planning sales promotional activities.
2. Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and development trends.
3. Implement marketing programs in line with approved marketing plans and budgets.
4. Prepare marketing materials for product launches and events.
5. Coordinate and organize product launches, roadshows, and promotional events.
6. Handle APDL licensing matters.
7. Liaise with local authorities on the application and renewal of outdoor advertising permits.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Advance Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience in property development or related industry.
• Extensive marketing experience in both conventional and online marketing.
• Skills in budgeting, research, and analysis.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Available to work 5 days a week.
• Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
• Full-time position.
