Job Responsibility
- Ensure sales data are uploaded to SQL, account software.
- Follow-up & monitor closely on loan documentation and disbursements either from the purchasers, bankers and solicitors.
- Update loan approval status to SQL accounting software.
- Prepare & issuance of Progressive billings, reminders & receipts.
- Maintain proper filling system of purchasersâ record and documentation.
- Prepare and issue Letter of Undertaking to bankers and route solicitors letter/emails.
- Promptly act on and respond to all incoming letters from solicitor pertaining to Subsale matters.
Job Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/ Business Administration;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel, knowledge of SQL Accounting software is an added advantage;
- Minimum of two (2 ) years of working experience in sales administration/credit administration within a property/developer company.
- Able to communicate and write in Mandarin and English.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Having knowledge in SQL Accounting software.
