- Handle sales administration tasks, including SPA and loan documentation signing, billing, and collection.
- Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers, and other related parties.
- Generate progress billing, invoices, and reminders to ensure prompt collection.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities.
- Attend sales inquiries, launches, and events.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
- Provide excellent sales and customer service to existing customers and prospects.
- Address customer complaints, investigate issues, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management.
- Guide purchasers on end financing requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly billing, collection reports, and forecasts.
- Assist supervisors with related documents and administrative work.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or the company.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Malay and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience in sales administration in property development is an advantage.
- Computer literacy; knowledge of Property Developer System software (Wiz Developer) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and a team player.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Own transportation and willingness to travel to Shah Alam, Seksyen 15.
