Job Responsibilities:

Liaison with Bankers & Buyers for loan approval to expedite Sales Conversion.

Facilitate the booking process & assist to verify the declaration of sales packages.

Follow up on overall Booked ageing units (both internal sales team & agents).

Coordinate with Banker on EF empanelment of new projects and monitor the EF status.

Coordinate and follow up on the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), loan agreements and other related documents.

Liaise with solicitors, bankers and relevant departments to ensure proper documentation flow and timely signing.

Preparing and verifying all required documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to sales conversion.

Maintain proper records and update files of all the purchases including data entry into eProDev.

Prepare relevant reports including reminders, payment receipts, purchaser’s file and other documentation on a timely basis.

Process the SPA legal fee and loan legal fee in accordance with the agreed terms.

Process commission claims for internal sales team & agents.

Attending to the reconciliation matter or discrepancies the Finance Department raises promptly.

Performs any other duties as directed by the Management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounts or equivalent.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in property development or the construction industry.

Good written and verbal communication skills (English is required).

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery results.

High level of integrity, initiative and results-oriented.

High confidentiality in handling clients’ data.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
