A leading company in Sarawak is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to support the Sales Department with customer inquiries, documentation, and logistics coordination. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, along with excellent communication skills in multiple languages. The candidate should be meticulous, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
  • Meticulous, positive attitude, and able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer records and provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Prepare quotations, handle sales documentation, and coordinate with Logistics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports for Management Review.

·Manage and keep proper customer records

·Provide customer service and administrative support to the Sales Department in the following scope:

a)attend to sales inquiries from phone in and walk-in customers

b)prepare Quotations

c)handle Purchase Orders, Sales Confirmation, Sales Orders, Invoice and Delivery Orders

d)liaise with customers on delivery and logistics matters

e)coordinate with Logistics and Transport Section

f)prepare warranties

g)handle all related sales documentation

h)prepare credit checks

i)coordinate with the Production Department and the Inventory Departments for the goods ordered by the customers

j)prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports for Management Review

k)undertake assignments as given by Management

Requirements:

·Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent.

·Minimum 2 years of working experience.

·Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

·Possess a positive attitude, hardworking and a team player.

·Meticulous, willing to multi task and able to work with minimum supervision.

·Conversant with Microsoft Office.

·Experience with Auto count will be an added advantage.
