Villamas Group is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to manage sales documentation and billing processes. Candidates should have a diploma or degree and relevant experience in property development. To handle/process sales administration documentations / correspondences on SPA, loan, etc
To generate/process billings, monitor and ensure timely collection
To prepare reports periodically
To liaise with purchasers, solicitors, end-financiers on SPA, loan documentations, etc for early loan released
To liaise with finance on payments matter
To respond promptly and satisfactorily to enquiries, correspondences, etc
To handle/process sales administration documentations / correspondences on sub-sale, refinancing, auction, perfection of transfer etc.
To assist in preparation/ co-ordination of handing over of VP matter
To assist in sales preview, launches and other related events (when necessary).
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma, Higher/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree
Preferable minimum 2 years working experience in property development industry or any related industries.
Well-versed in sales administration / credit control flow and procedure in property development industry
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills and customer-oriented.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in MS office software skills (Microsoft Excel)
Able to work independently /minimum supervision, organized
A strong team player who is able to collaborates effectively with colleagues.
