Job description

SALES ADMIN CUM CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE

Job scope:

• To handle sales & loan documentation, progress billings, reminders, credit control and all matters pertaining to Credit and Sales Administration functions.
• Data entries and updates records into Property Developer System
• Attend and liaise with purchasers's solicitors and endfinanciers on SPA, loan documentation, redemption, transfer of name, MOT, discharge of title, stamping and etc – under construction project and after sale (VP) project.
• Monitor and follow up on legal documentation eg. SPA, Loan & Subsales
• Submission Report to NAPIC, KPKT and other relevant government authorities’ office.
• Handing over of vacant possession topurchasers – under construction project.
• Perform any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

• Well verse with whole credit admin flow and procedure especially in property industry for more than 3 years.
• Positive working Attitude and result oriented with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and knowledge IFCA Software / Prosys System software will be an added advantage.
