Sales Admin & Credit Control Executive (Property Development)

Ageless Land Sdn. Bhd. is a property development company, based in Puchong. In line with our latest property development projects, we are seeking result oriented individuals to fill in the position. Working with supportive leaders and managers, our office boasts of a friendly and conducive working environment and our staff enjoy a fair work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Monitor on Sales & Purchase agreements, loan documentations and all matters pertaining to credit and sales administration functions;

Attend to enquiries by the agents and purchasers;

Liaise with purchasers, bankers and solicitors for coordination and documentation;

Issue progress billings, reminders, late payment interest, letters of undertaking, etc. in accordance with SPA terms;

Manage redemption processes and ensure timely collection of progress payments;

Ensure all sales information and documents are well-maintained to facilitate easy reference;

Handle sub-sale and perfection of transfer documentation;

Issue notices of vacant possession, maintenance charges and related billings;

Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by the management.

Requirements:

Possess a diploma in the relevant field;

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the property development industry;

Proficient in Microsoft Office;

Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision;

Attentive to details and committed with a good working attitude.
