Job summary

A leading company in property development is looking for a Sales Admin to manage timely sales administrative tasks and credit control activities. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree and have at least four years of experience in a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin are essential to succeed in this role.

Job description

Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales, and MOT/strata title matters.

Follow up and coordinate with the Project Team regarding the prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application.

Collaborate with the sales team on daily sales status updates and work with the finance team on cash flow, billing, and collection matters.

Ensure correct procedures and timely processing of documents related to Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings & collections, vacant possession, and other related works, including late payment interest, water & electricity deposits, and statutory reports/listings to authorities are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.

Monitor and follow up with loan solicitors to ensure progress loan documentation is completed and disbursed within the timeframe.

Achieve collection and SPA conversion targets set by management.

Prepare relevant reports as required by management promptly and accurately.

Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all information is accurately updated and posted in the RR system.

Work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating meticulousness, organization, and a strong commitment to deadlines.

Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors and management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a property development company.
  • Strong knowledge of property systems such as Road Runner / MHW or IFCA.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
