Responsibilities

  • Prepare Quotations and follow up with customers
  • Co-ordinate the sales documentations with Sales & Marketing department
  • Maintain an accurate information database of customers
  • Provide sales support to sales team
  • Perform any ad-hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior
  • Liase with Billing dept for all service job report
  • Ensure proper document filing and recording
  • Liaise with service and purchasing department for the smooth operation
  • Attending phone calls and follow up with customer
