About the role
This is a full-time Sales & Admin Coordinator position based in Puchong, Selangor at GR SECURITY SDN. BHD., a leading provider of security solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations for the company.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to the sales & servicing team
Process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
Follow up on payments or outstanding quotations
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance) to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients
Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for client inquiries
Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
Assist in procurement and liaise with vendors or service providers
Support HR tasks, such as staff attendance, leave records, or onboarding paperwork
Answer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
What we're looking for
Minimum:Diploma or equivalent (SPM/STPM/UEC)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
