Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative background.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales order entry for all orders received.
  • Answer customer enquiries about stock availability.
  • Assign serial numbers of fire extinguishers to customers in the eFEIS portal.
  • Assist in processing and following up on Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
  • Arrange collection with forwarder for Sabah and Sarawak orders.
  • Prepare quotations as needed.
  • Arrange to send out documents via company courier for verification/approval.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at Unique Fire Industry Sdn Bhd, based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will provide end‑to‑end administrative support to the Sales team, including order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and project tracking, while ensuring smooth communication across departments and timely customer service.

What you’ll be doing
  • Perform sales order entry for all orders received.
  • Answer customer enquiries about stock availability.
  • Assign serial numbers of fire extinguishers to customers in the eFEIS portal.
