Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Request and upload key visual (KV) campaigns regularly.
  • List new products and update product details on marketplace platforms.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports.
  • Compile data reports on promotional and campaign performance.
  • Manage inventory with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Submit purchase orders (PO) to HQ and monitor fulfillment progress.
  • Oversee the importation process until goods reach 3PL.
  • Monitor 3PL service levels to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle product registration and compliance.
  • Schedule live hosting sessions.
  • Create and execute engaging visuals for live hosting.
  • Support daily operational tasks to assist the local team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online business operations.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Willingness to work on-site at Jaya One Commercial, Petaling Jaya.
