A leading company in the transport sector is seeking a Sales Admin to support their operations in Beranang. The successful candidate will manage administrative functions including order processing, sales documentation, and correspondence management. Ideal applicants will possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Marketing with relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a five-day work week with occasional remote work opportunities.

Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence.
Process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
Ensure all sales-related documentation is correctly filed and organized.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Typically office-based with occasional remote work or travel as required.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
