Your challenge

ITEC is redefining Semiconductor Manufacturing. At ITEC we design and build high-volume, high-speed, and high-accuracy solutions enable our customers to assemble and test 250 million semiconductors every single day.

While the world is moving towards smart electronic control, connectivity, mobility and energy; The Customer & Market team is connecting customers to our high tech solutions. As the Sales Manager Southeast Asia you will be responsible for the semiconductor equipment sales in Southeast Asia report into the Global Sales Director. The role will be located in Malaysia.

The Sales team makes impact by:

  1. Defining the sales strategy to expand our market and build sustainable and innovative customer relationships
  2. Making best-in-class product and service offerings
  3. Understanding the market and ecosystem and bringing in relevant network and benchmark references
  4. Providing customer and market insights for our product portfolio strategy and roadmaps

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Own and hit/exceed the sales targets
  2. Define the sales tactics in your region
  3. Generate and follow-up new leads
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  5. Follow-up customer feedback to cultivate positive relationships
  6. Manage sales forecast and opportunities
  7. Support promotion activities and distribution network
  8. Team up with other departments to support project execution and after-sales service in order to fulfill customer requirements
  9. Collect customer, market and benchmark insights and feed these to other departments

Your Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or marketing / business
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing
  3. Successful sales track record and network in the Southeast Asia semiconductor equipment market
  4. Excellent customer facing, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to build customer relationships from operational to director level
  6. Team player that can drive for results in close collaboration with other departments
  7. Fluent in English; Fluent in Chinese is an advantage
  8. Travel > 50%
