Job description

Ambu A/S is currently looking for an Account Executive to be based in Johor, Malaysia.

This position is reporting to the Country Manager in the Sales & Services team.

You will be joining a dynamic team and cross-functional collaboration with departments such as regional marketing and the Customer Service team. This will broaden your understanding of the business and enhance your professional growth.

We believe in continuous learning and provide comprehensive training programs to support your career development.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintain, develop new sales & expand market potential in private & government hospitals.
  2. Meet & exceed sales targets outlined in the business plan and effective territory management.
  3. Provide clinical support & conduct product training with healthcare providers.
  4. Bring value and helpful resources in dealings with customers.
Suggested Candidate Profile
Skills

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are, however, likely to succeed in this position if you:

  1. Have experience in sales for medical devices and the healthcare industry.
  2. Hold a preferred minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, science, or equivalent. Education in marketing and business with experience in the healthcare industry is also welcomed.
  3. Possess good communication skills in English (written & spoken). Additional language skills may be an added advantage.
  4. Exhibit good presentation skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  5. Are willing to travel and work outside normal business hours when necessary.
