Job Responsibility
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and workplace cleanliness while performing assigned duties and special projects.
- Manage and maintain accurate room rates, guest preferences, and ensure alignment with PARKROYAL brand standards.
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) in budget planning, cost control, and preparing sales reports for performance evaluation and future planning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies that support long-term market growth.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities (print, online, electronic media, direct mail), and prepare related reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and corporate partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Support sales team in client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals, while maximizing product distribution and revenue through various channels.
Job Requirements
- Mandarin speaker only as need deal with China customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and hotel systems such as Opera or Delphi.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative working style.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and discretion in handling confidential information.
