- We’re Hiring – Business Development / Sales Manager (IT Services)
- Are you passionate about driving cloud adoption and helping businesses unlock the power of Microsoft solutions? We’re looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team.
- Target Market: Europe & USA, Canada and Australia
- What You’ll Do:
- Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration, support, helpdesk, security).
- Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.
- Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
- What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
- Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in the technology sector.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's service offerings and unique value propositions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and IT services, including data center, wireless, and data communications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
