Job summary

A leading property management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Assistant. The role includes managing property listings, assisting with viewings and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate customer databases. Ideal candidates possess relevant diplomas or degrees and have good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, with Mandarin as a bonus.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of working experience preferred.
  • Specialization in property/real estate is a plus.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to task arrangements from managers and assist in property showings.
  • Handle administrative work and maintain a customer database.
  • Prepare closing forms and tenancy agreements.

Job description

Respond to all task arrangement assigned by the managers, and provide assistance for listing sourcing, property showings, viewings and handover.

Handling administrative work, check data and record database.

Handle errands before and after a sale or rental is completed.

Help prepare closing forms, tenancy agreements, and other related documents.

Maintain an up-to-date customer and prospect database, and help establish an effective lease-administration filing system with complete records.

Perform any other sale-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.

1 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be advantage.

Candidate specializing in property/ real estate or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Team oriented.

Ability to adapt to changes and work under minimum supervision.

Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin will be advantage as need to communicate with China client sometimes.
