Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Complete the project schedule without failure.
2. Provide accurate information to the Engineering Department for drawing preparation and check drawings for correctness and completeness during site inspections.
3. Fulfilling Main Con documents control procedures and working independently on special requests by clients and consultants.
4. Oversee overall planning, implementation, and completion of project activities.
5. Troubleshoot site problems and coordinate with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities.
6. Supervise and monitor subcontractor work quality.
7. Control workers or subcontractors on site regarding the quality of their work.
8. Report weekly to superiors on site quality issues, progress, and cost control.
9. Liaise with the site project team and perform site quality checklists.
10. Prepare project reports and documents for meetings and updates.
11. Perform any other related tasks assigned by superiors.
12. Apply your knowledge and skills for management evaluation.

Safety Supervisor (SSS Holder / Green Book)

1. Complete the project schedule without failure.
2. Conduct daily safety routines and toolbox meetings at the site.
3. Maintain daily manpower records and filing.
4. Record daily safety data.
5. Manage daily work permits and necessary documentation to ensure smooth work progress.
6. Attend safety meetings.
7. Conduct workers' name list management, badge issuance, orientation briefings, and documentation.
8. Perform site hazard analysis for critical work before installation.
9. Develop work plans for hoisting, unloading, and loading at equipment positions.
10. Develop work plans for work at heights.
11. Fulfilling safety document procedures and working independently on special requests by clients.
12. Troubleshoot site safety issues and coordinate with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities.
13. Supervise and monitor subcontractor safety compliance with the site engineer team.
14. Control workers or subcontractors on site regarding safety of work performed.
15. Report weekly to superiors on site safety issues.
16. Liaise with the Safety Manager on safety programs.
17. Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
18. Utilize your knowledge and skills for management evaluation.

Job Requirements

1. Immediate availability to onboard.
2. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Safety Supervisor - Yellow Book Requirement (SSS Holder).
6. Working hours: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week), from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
