Job Responsibilities
- Complete the project schedule without failure.
- Provide accurate information to the Engineering Department for drawing preparation and check drawings for correctness and completeness during site inspections.
- Fulfilling Main Con documents control procedures and working independently on special requests by clients and consultants.
- Oversee overall planning, implementation, and completion of project activities.
- Troubleshoot site problems and coordinate with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities.
- Supervise and monitor subcontractor work quality.
- Control workers or subcontractors on site regarding the quality of their work.
- Report weekly to superiors on site quality issues, progress, and cost control.
- Liaise with the site project team and perform site quality checklists.
- Prepare project reports and documents for meetings and updates.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by superiors.
- Apply your knowledge and skills for management evaluation.
Safety Supervisor (SSS Holder / Green Book)
- Complete the project schedule without failure.
- Conduct daily safety routines and toolbox meetings at the site.
- Maintain daily manpower records and filing.
- Record daily safety data.
- Manage daily work permits and necessary documentation to ensure smooth work progress.
- Attend safety meetings.
- Conduct workers' name list management, badge issuance, orientation briefings, and documentation.
- Perform site hazard analysis for critical work before installation.
- Develop work plans for hoisting, unloading, and loading at equipment positions.
- Develop work plans for work at heights.
- Fulfilling safety document procedures and working independently on special requests by clients.
- Troubleshoot site safety issues and coordinate with main contractors, clients, consultants, and local authorities.
- Supervise and monitor subcontractor safety compliance with the site engineer team.
- Control workers or subcontractors on site regarding safety of work performed.
- Report weekly to superiors on site safety issues.
- Liaise with the Safety Manager on safety programs.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Utilize your knowledge and skills for management evaluation.
Job Requirements
- Immediate availability to onboard.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Safety Supervisor - Yellow Book Requirement (SSS Holder).
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week), from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
