Job description

Conducting daily site/factory inspections

Ensure all the workers comply to Safety Regulations

Implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

Collaborating with project managers and team members to develop and execute safety plans for factory

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the company's health and safety management system

Promoting a strong safety culture by engaging and educating employees on best practices

Updating safety documents for ISO, JKKP if required.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry

Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices in the construction sector

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate risks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the implementation of safety protocols

Formal training or certification in occupational health and safety, such as NIOSH

Must be green book holder

Good with documentation
